How to sign up to the Vensa Patient Portal
Our online services are exclusive for our enrolled patients. You can easily request a sign-up email link by emailing vmc@inspire.net.nz. Alternatively, you can ask our friendly reception team when you are visiting the clinic in- person. The team will then send you an email with a link that will guide you through the registration process - it will only take 2 minutes.
Can I register multiple family members using one email address? Or can I access my children's records?
Yes, you can – to do this, you will set up your Vensa account and ensure it is verified with the clinic. Once activated, you can follow this guide here to add your family to your ‘Care Circle’ to request the access to your family member's records from your medical centre (appropriate consent must be given).
